The team at Family Care Solutions provided care to our mother from October 2017 until June 2025.
Mum was 99 years old when she passed away peacefully in her own home with her family around her and the FCS caring support, which bolstered our whole family through the last difficult days.
We have found them all friendly, engaging and polite and they would always ask if there was anything else needed to be done. On occasions, where additional time had been needed to deal with additional unexpected issues, staff had always been attentive and uncomplaining. Whenever we needed adjustments to Mum's schedule FCS were very efficient in implementing a new care package
We as a family wholeheartedly recommend FCS to anyone who is considering extra help with a family member who is struggling to stay at home. They truly did become part of our family and my Mum loved the contact with a range of different people from all sorts of backgrounds and ages with their stories about their lives, which enriched our Mums life in the latter stages when she could no longer go out and lead a normal life.
